Stay Motivated

 

Running is full-body workout / exercise that requires strength, coordination and much needed, determination and to stay motivated for running as a beginner, focus on setting and achieving small goals, tracking your progress, and find ways to make your runs enjoyable, which can be done by practicing alone as a athlete or with partner, friends, listening to music, or trying new routes. When you try such things you can feel the positive energy in you, the freshness inside us. 

The motivation for putting one foot in front of the other came to me from my mother as I use to see my mother practicing running daily .
