Most of the runners like to run on flat surface or on track as compared to run on hilly areas or terrain with ups and down as it is easier and convenient. Running up hill takes more energy than running over flat ground.Every athlete strives to give his best performance and always tries to improve his formIncluding a regular hill session might be once in week in your training can be one of the simplest and most convenient and efficient ways to improve you’re running.

Running on hill is a real strength gaining sport where intensity, distance and duration depend upon factors such as physical fitness, mental ability, their diet, route of running and most importantly the climatic conditions. Running up hills is a form of running and an important skill which builds muscle, burn more calories, strengthens your legs, hips (lower body) core, helps in increasing speed, stamina and makes you more fit and fast during your runs. I personally use to hate running on hills at it was very hard for me in starting, climbing an inclined surface but incorporating the hill runs in my schedule is helping me a lot.

Enjoy the nature and run.
