How to overcome the fear of running


Running is popular, an easy and accessible form of exercise which has a long list of health benefits. It is mostly a mental game, where along with proper technique of running, having a positive mindset is very much required. Many times in the journey of running (mostly beginners), a runner struggle with his form, performance, comfortable pace, joints creaks or injury, breathing pattern, lack of confidence and fear of running or failure which directly impacts on your goal for which you have tried so hard.

To continue the enjoyment of success and overcome the fear of running or struggle you are going through, one should actively engage himself by directing your concentration towards performance you have to give.
