is been practiced from several years which has numerous health benefits. Every runner
in his journey always tries to improve his personal best. Day by day the technology is advancing and one
after the other new features and gadgets are launching and the field of running
is also not been remained untouched from it. We all have become tech buddy in this
digital age. There are many mobile applications (apps), wearing technology
devices, used by beginners to experienced runners for tracking and improving their
running performances. These apps help the runner to keep track of the distance,
pace of running, heart rate, calories burn during run, sharing statistics with
coach or friends and to know the route.
Simple tips before and after running in rain:
1. Choose
good water proof jacket with cap having brim.
2. Wear
water resistant shoes with good grip. (Keep extra pairs of socks)
3. Use reflectors,
torch, it will spot you and keep safe.

Protect your devices.

Avoid being fast, take small strides.
6.
Choose good surface to run to avoid injury.
7. Stay
hydrated.
8. After run, change your apparels
immediately.
9. Take
warm bath if required to relax your body.

Apply cream if required to avoid blisters and fungal infections.
