Can running everyday be risky?

From last few years especially after the covid, Running has become more popular activity. The reason is it has many health benefits, takes you near to nature, makes you social and relaxes you and makes your day pleasant and stress free.

But question is should you do running every day?

Running is the action of pushing yourself in forward direction rapidly on foot and this action increases as your run time elapses, in which there’s a moment when both feet are off the ground which makes running a high-impact activity as you put your highest level of effort to cross the finish line.

An athlete always try to improve his performance but the question is should you run every day for it? . Many beginners think more you run better you will be. Running everyday would be risky enough if you do it without adding recovery days in your plan. Running is high-impact activity putting lot of stress on your body which can be alarming as it may lead to injury. Running everyday may lose your weight but at the same time it may lead to injuries of overuse which can be painful, disturbing and annoying. Always remember though you can easily run everday, it does not mean you should do it. Every runner is having different body, health conditions, and fitness and is running at a different level in their running journey depending upon the experience they have.
