Day by day temperatures is rising and sun rays feel like poking to our body make us sweaty. Running in high temperatures is challenging, it can raise your core body temperature and burn more calories, many runners fail to run due to inabilities to cope up with the hot situation and lead to heat cramps, fatigue or heat stroke. But with the right technique, plans and mindset, you can successfully tackle it. As summer temperatures rises, running in extreme heat conditions can feel like a physical and mental test and challenge.
