Running makes you more social
Running is a great way to come near to nature and as well to connect to
new friends. It is often understood as a single activity were a person’s runs
to a distance up to which his body permits, slowly and gradually trying to
increase his mileage and performance. Proper techniques, goal setting, and
mental toughness enhance the psychological aspects of performance.
To create a good sustainable habit, it’s worth to set realistic goals. It’s
more rewarding when we run with groups, join running clubs or either run with
friends. Running together enhances the running experience and helps to stay

especially for the new comers where they can learn, get guided and develop
themselves with the likeminded peoples or team or entire group.

running group or club can be a great way to stay connected with people, get
motivated, improving the running performance and performing self assessment.
