Today
life has become fast with leading technology, making us more busy and stressed .To
complete our daily targets many times we need to work till late night. Many
before going to bed or in bed are busy scrolling mobile screens or enjoying
television till late night. Due to uneven schedule and sleep time many times it
happens we don’t get really get good sleep which impacts on your next day
performance, not only in offices but every activity we do. After a full day

non athletes too.
Why Sleep is important for runners?
Lacing
up shoes and heading outdoors running on road or on track, is a journey towards
healthy life and well being. In order to give best performance, athletes train
themselves regularly, eat healthy meals and snacks, and to maximize the benefits
adequate rest is also necessary. Sleep is necessary for running performance and
to recover from damage happened during running to the tissues or muscles.
Quality sleep improves athletic performance and supports in muscle repairs and growth,
reduces stress and boost mental health, enhances immune functions, improves cardio
functions, helps in hormone regulation, keeps you fresh, reduces the risk of
injury, help you to concentrate better and focus on goals.

8 to 10 hours of quality sleep will help you to give your best and will keep
you fresh filled with positivity.
