The risks of overrunning
Anything that
you do in excess ends with pain. Running is powerful tool which keeps us fit
and healthy but always remember to avoid overdoing it. When we overrun (over
train) we may be prone to injuries such as muscle strain, sprain and joint fractures.
Excessive doing it may lead to mental stress, fatigue or depression. Amount of injury may vary from person to
person but it may make difficult to continue running over the long term and
will keep you away from enjoying running.
A good
athlete always assesses his fitness level from time to time and then sets
his/her goal, and when he does so he can decide how much distance he can run
and with what speed and power.
You can enjoy running and its benefit by maintaining right balance and following some tips regularly .

and recovery days in plan
