What Are Running Spikes?
Every athlete on track and field is preparing himself for his goal for which he is taking at most efforts. Whether you are a beginner or a next level sprinter a good pair of spikes can make huge difference to your performance.
Running spikes are specialized
athletic shoes designed in such a manner which provides maximum grip, speed, quick
acceleration, maintaining momentum and stay stable on uneven surfaces. Similarly
to regular running shoes, spikes are lightweight and are fitted with removable
metal pins (called as “spikes”) in the sole, which dig into the ground for
superior traction.
When it comes to choose right pair running spikes, it
totally depends upon the event you are participating, the distance you will run
and most importantly proper fitting of spikes.
