The idea of running barefoot might seem little bit scary but remember your child days many times you have ran barefoot enjoying the feeling of mud, or grass. So are you thinking this is somewhat new nowadays, but to be frank it’s not new idea.

Running barefoot helps to get sensation of ground surface at the bottom of feet giving natural benefit for movement while running and better connection to ground.
