Can Running Help In studies
My
daughter use to always ask me why you run and how you feel after run. Right
from her childhood she had seen me lacing shoes early morning and getting
outdoors in nature for running. As a mother and a runner I answered her question
that I feel more energize, fresh throughout the day. Seeing me she too
developed the interest in running and now she is much better sprinter than me.
With
her daily study routine, practicing running was little bit harder for her
earlier but as the days passed she noticed that running is helping her in
studies too giving not only health benefits but mental benefit too. The
discipline, the technique of running, the focus and concentration needed to
achieve the challenges during workouts and race day, the positive mindset
helped her during her studies too.
