Smoothie mix My favorite post run treat

blended juice called as smoothie, is a mix loaded with lots of nutrients. For
runners it is like having a special treat after heavy workout. It is a tasty
and healthy way to take nutrition. It is a customable way to consume fresh and
frozen fruits mix with other ingredients like yoghurt, dry fruits, fresh
veggies and lot more.
My favorite fresh fruit Smoothie after running.
After a
heavy workout having proper hydration in form of smoothie can be a treat and
would help in faster recovery.
Here is my favorite smoothie mix recipe.

Bananas
1 Cup
milk or fresh fruit juice
Soaked
dry fruits almonds, figs, cashew nuts, black raisins and dates (normally 4 hrs before)
1
tablespoon of almond butter
Ice
cubes.
Blend
all this together and enjoy your smoothie mix.
