Every athlete is taking rigorous efforts for the race day for competing with other fellows and looking forward to win the medal. Runners should always not only focus on exercise and running form but should make themselves mentally fit by keeping positive mindset no matter what type of event you are going to participate. Training your mind and building mental toughness is very important which can be done throughout the training process and then implanting it on the race day.
