As a
sprinter running at your best speed is very important. Suddenly facing failure
or loss in form can be very upsetting and many times athletes struggle to come
back to track. This is not only due to technical limitations or mistakes but
also due to physical and mental challenges. In today’s blog we will look at

To be
successful runner or sprinter being mentally strong is equally important as
being physically strong. It hurts mind if unable to perform well even after

can make the process more difficult. Running with same issues can make the
injury more severe adding more injuries with existing one. Negligence in hydration or nutrition can be very crucial.

belief and being confident plays a key part to remain at high level during performance
helping to give their ever best, thus trusting in self and the skills
developed is very important. This self belief and confidence builds strong positive mindset very
important for performance. On the other hand in vice versa case it would be
very disturbing and can be harmful.

important to understand different aspects or parameters leading to poor
performance or struggle. Effective communication with other athletes, coach, or
friends can help to boost confidence. Learning from self mistakes can be a very
helpful for athlete. Having a well balanced diet is crucial.
